my plan

I have to go to gakkan at 1:30. We are going to stay at nishigoushi-kenshuujo about 2 days with some university student from Korea. I don’t know well, but my friend told me that we are taking them to Kmamoto castle, shopping, etc. I will go to practice in the morning because we have practice in Nishigoushi. I don’t know about the plan, and I have a lot of things to do like blogging. However it will be fun.

What I did yesterday

Yesterday, I went to nishigoshi ground because we had a practice. I was putting balls in a batting machine, and it began to rain. We kept practicing, but it kept raining, too. It rained very hard. We quit practicing. After that, I went to a meeting at 20:00. Some people from 5 universities were already there. After that, I went back home, and I ate supper.

Pinocchio

Long time ago, there was a carpenter. His name was Mr. Cherry. He needed a table leg, and he had a piece of wood. As Mr. Cherry curves the piece of wood with his chisel, a little voice cried out. He heard someone saying, “Don’t hurt me!” Mr. Cherry is very surprised. Nobody is there except Mr. Cherry. He shouted, “Who’s there?” However nobody answers. Then, someone knocked at the door. It was his friend, Gepetto. Gepetto says that he want to make a puppet. Then someone says, “Good for you, macaroni hair.” Gepetto is angry now. He thinks that Mr. Cherry said that, but Mr. Cherry didn’t say anything. Gepetto says, “It must have been you. There is no one else here. But give me some wood and I might forgive you.” Mr. Cherry is glad because he can give the strange wood away. Gepetto takes the piece of wood to his home. He is looking forward to make the best puppet in this world. He decided to call it Pinocchio. He made a head with hair. He also gave Pinocchio two eyes. Gepetto notices that Pinocchio’s nose is growing. The nose is getting longer and longer. Gepetto quits thinking about the nose. Then he started curving mouth. Before finishing making the mouth, the mouth moves, too. The mouth is laughing. Gepetto keeps making Pinocchio. He makes the body. Then Pinocchio jumps up and run out with Gepetto’s wig in his hand.

More Macdonald

There is a family in this story. It is breakfast time at the Macdonald’s . Dad sys, “I have something important to say.” He always starts like this. He keeps talking. He says that the house is too small. They are going to move. Children don’t want to leave their friends, their school, and their park and secret rooms. Dad says, “You twins can not share a bedroom forever.” Then Jojo says that they can put Mouse in Lucky’s old hutch. I thought it was funny. She said that she can have the bedroom all to herself, too. Any way, they didn’t need to move in this story.

my report

I wrote a report for Bunka-Jinruigaku-class. I had to write about religion. I could write anything about religion, so I wrote what I think about religion. I never felt I’m a Buddhist until going to America. I have studied nothing about Buddhism. I don’t know anything. I go to temple or shrine. However if my parent doesn’t make me do that, I will not go there. I really didn’t like I am a Buddhist. When I went to America as an exchange student, I went to church every week. I was surprised about many things at first. I studied about Christ a lot at the church. Sometimes it was hard to understand, but my host sister explained in easy English. At the Church, we sang songs, too. I thought it was cool. I think it is cool that many people go to church every week. I was surprised that many shops are closed on Sunday because they have to go to church. At first, everything was cool to me. One day, my host sister asked me, “Who taught you about Buddha? How did you study?” I think I had never studied about Buddha, but Christian studies about God every week, and they pray for god every day. I want to know about Christianity, and my host sister wanted me to know about God, too, so I studied about God. My host sister taught me a lot of things, too. However as I studied, I couldn’t understand. Sometimes I couldn’t agree with them. For example, Jesus dies on the cross, but he comes back three days later. It could be true, but it was hard to believe for me. My host sister wanted me to be a Christian. I asked that why she wants me to be Christian. She said that she wants me to be Christian because she wanted me to be happy. I was not Christian, but I was happy. She also told me that I can’t go to heaven if I am not Christian. She said that I can go to heaven if I believe in God. I didn’t know that Christian think like that. I think Buddhists believe that people who did good things go to heaven, and people who did bad thing go to hell. I told that to her, but she said she can’t agree with the opinion. She said that every person does bad things. We can’t decide who is good, or who is bad. I agreed with that, but I still couldn’t agree with a thing that only Christian can go to heaven. Talking about religion was so difficult for us. It was hard to understand about Christian for me, but it was hard to understand about Buddhism for my host sister. However I kept going to church, and studied about God. I red the Bible, too. Later, I noticed that I don’t have to believe if I can’t. I noticed that I don’t have to do same thing as Christian. However I should understand the different thinking, too. It is hard, but I think that it is very important thing.

13 typing homeworks

FIRST CLASS.
I couldn't go to first class because I had to stay at my apartment, and get a package. I don't like I have to be at home when postmen come. Any way, I don’t use computer so often. It was kind of difficult to use computer. However it wasn’t too difficult because my friends taught me how to use computer when I couldn’t understand.

MUSIC I LIKE.
I was not used to listen to Japanese pop music. I liked listening to American music when I was a Junior high school student. However now I like listening to Japanese pop music. I like Utada Hikaru. She is good at speaking English, too. I have watched that she was speaking English on TV. I think she is very talented.

MY HOBBIES
I love watching movies. I always watched DVDs with my mom. My mom liked watching DVDs, too. We watched many DVDs together. I liked a movie which was called GHOST specially. I watched it a lot of times. I always recommend the DVD to my friends, and my friends like the movie, too. However I don’t like dubbing movies into Japanese.

GOLDEN WEEK PLAN.
I like golden week. I like vacation! I want to go shopping. I want to watch movies. I want to hangout with my friends. However the best thing that I want to do is going back to Kikuka. Kikuka is my hometown. I am not homesick, but I want to see my family. I like them a lot. I wasn’t used to cook at my home, but now, I can make supper for them. My mom will be surprised.

FOOD AND EATING
People who are not close to me always say, “You don’t eat that much, do you?” However I eat a lot! I like eating very much. My friends say that I eat a lot. I think girls eat food more than boys think. Don’t you think so? I liked eating my mom’s supper at my home. However now, I have to cook by myself. I think I like cooking now.

HOW I STUDY ENGLISH
When I was a Junior High School student, I wrote English words a lot of times to memorize the spelling. Now, I don’t write that much to memorize the spelling. I also translated English sentences to Japanese sentences. Now, It is not as difficult as I felt before, I think. Then my English teacher made me memorize the grammar. I didn’t like memorizing, but now, I think it was good.

OTHER CLASSES
I have a class which is called bunka-jinruigaku. We learn about other cultures, other religions, and other ways to think. I thought it was difficult to make the notes of this class, but when my friend explained to me, I understood, and I was interested in this class. Few days ago, I had a test of this class. I studied a lot, and I did my best. After taking tests, I usually feel like I failed. However I didn’t feel like that after taking this class’s test.

FOREIGN COUNTRY
When I was in Elementary School, my teacher asked to the students, “If you had 10000000 yen, what would you want?” My best friend said, I want to go to America. Then the teacher said that studying abroad is very nice, and he really recommended that. I wasn’t interested in foreign countries until it, but I was interested in foreign countries after that. I always told my mom that I want to go study abroad. I like studying about other cultures. I like studying about other cultures. I think it’s cool. Do you think so, too?

FAVORITE MOVIE
I already wrote about my favorite movie, but I will write about it, again. My favorite mvie’s title is GHOST. I really like it when Sam tries to pick the coin up. Then Morry can know Sam is there. I also like Odamei(I don't know the spelling) who is one of the characters. She has done many bad things, but she is still good parson, and she will never do bad things again. I wish that Odamei can go to heaven.

USING THE COMPUTER
I don’t like using the computer, but I know that computer is very useful for people who know how to use computer. There are many good points. When I write a report, I need computer. Usually we have to type them, but one time, I didn’t need to type. I didn’t want to use computer, so I wrote by hand. I had to write a lot of words. I was so tired. My handwriting was terrible at the last part. Then I noticed that I should use computers to write reports.

ABOUT CELL PHONE
Last summer, I bought a cell phone. The cell phone was waterproof. I liked the color. It was gold. Few months later, I lost the cell phone. I couldn’t find it. I gave up finding the cell phone. I told my mom. Then I went to buy another cell phone. I bought a black cell phone. I liked it, too. The few months later, I broke the cell phone. I dropped it into toilet. It was dirty. I knew it was not good, but I washed it. Of course it was broken.

BLOGGING
I think I should blog regularly. I always think I will blog regularly next time, but always I don’t. I think blogging is good because it makes me read English books. I have to read books to write book reviews. At first, reading English books was not so easy for me, but I can read the English books easily now. Also, I must use computer to blog. I have to type them. I think it is good because I think I can type faster than before. Blogging is good to remember what I did, too. The pictures I put bring me back old memories.

SUMMER VACATION PLANS
It’s summer vacation. I like summer because I love sunny days. I just don’t like that I get a lot of sun tan in summer. Oh I don’t like sweating, either. I can’t wear gray t-shirts. Any way, I have a lot of things to do in this summer vacation. First, I have to stay in Nishigoushi-kenshuujo from July 31st to August 2nd. Korean university students come to Japan, so we take them to a lot of places. Next, I have a birthday party on August 3rd. Next, I have summer camp. We go to Amakusa with some people who belong to sports clubs from August 4th to 5th. Then I go to Yamaguchi-ken from 7th to 10th. We have softball games. I have more things to do.
