Typing assignment-1

It is April 12th, today, and I had writing class. It was the first time this semester. I wrote an essay. The topic for essay was "advice for Kohai", and I'm still working on it. I also wrote "10ppun ha jubun" I wrote about my English journal. Then I am trying to typing speed homework! I'm not really good at typing, so I’m not sure if I can type 50 words in 5 minutes. (74 words)

Lunch box everyday!

These days, I’m trying to make lunch box, and bring it to school, so I need to wake up little earlier than before. I’m also trying not to buy cooked food because I like cooking, and I want to be good at cooking more and more, so I’m cooking everyday.  Yesterday, I made pudding! It didn’t like pudding which is sold at stores, but it tasted really good. I’d like to make other sweets sometime. (76 words)

B.R.-1 Chance of a Lifetime

The main character’s name is Helen, and she lives in Wales. One day, she gets a letter, and it says, “Dear Mrs. Davies, Thank you for coming to see us. As we told you we need a tour guide for a trip from London to Istanbul. We would like to offer this job…” Helen is glad to get this letter, but not really happy. Helen can speak French and Italy, and she likes traveling around, so this job will be wonderful for her. However she thinks about her boyfriend too much. She is like a high school girl. She is pretty and intelligent, but she can’t decide what she does without her boyfriend, and this is her problem. Her boyfriend’s name is Tom, and he is in Scotland, now. They have been dating from University, but Helen is not sure if he really loves her because Tom calls her mom many times, but he called Helen just one time, and doesn’t want to talk about them.
The next day morning, Helen got a phone call, and it was Tom! He was very excited and said that he got a job to work in a big international company. At first, Helen was happy for him, too, but she was sad to know that Tom has to work in Australia. He said that he was leaving in few days. When she asks Tom if they can see each other before he leaves, he says he can’t, and when she tells that she got a new job, too, he doesn’t even ask about the job! Can you believe that? I’m sure that he doesn’t love Helen, and she should quit dating him, I think. Helen talked about it to Jill, a best friend from university, and she says Helen is just like her boyfriends mother because Helen always thinks about her boyfriends, gives everything to her boyfriends, and did everything! What Jill said was all true. Helen decided to quit thinking about love, and she decided to take the new job!


Helen got a tour group, and there were twelve people in the group. Not all of them were nice, of course. During the tour, one room was given per two people at hotels, but Angela, twenty-one years old girl says she doesn’t want to share the room, and she always seemed bored. In addition, Angela is very mean to Helen. There are some more problems. Three young boys always smoke, and some other tourists don’t like it. As they travel around, Helen gets more problems. Some time some of them quarrel with each other. Sometimes a guy in the group asks her to eat out even when they have to eat with the group at the hotel. He is mysterious because nobody knows where he is or what he does usually. Helen doesn’t think she wants to take this job any more.
The biggest problem happened at the end of the tour. It was Vic trying to pass across the border with stolen passport.


This story was kind of long, but how they solve the problems, and Helen’s decision about the job and her boyfriend were very interesting. I really recommend you to read this book!　(536 words)

My English Journal

These days, I am writing my journal in English. I wasn’t used to write journal because I’m not really good at doing anything regularly. However I’ve read someone saying that if you don’t write anything down, it is almost the same as it didn’t happen. I kind of agree with that because even if I was really amazed or surprised by something, I will forget about it someday if I don’t write them down, so I’m trying to write my journal every day. I started writing my journal on May 1st, and I haven’t missed writing until today. I always bring the journal, and write dawn something when I have time. The reason why I write them in English is because I don’t anyone to read it, and I want to improve my English. I will read what I wrote sometime and I’ll remember what I’ve done. I’ll keep trying my journal every day. (154 words)

last day to see my best friend

It is the last day to see my best friend because she is leaving Japan two days later! She lives in Kikusui, Tamana. She has a test today, so she comes to school. However she doesn’t have any class tomorrow, so she doesn’t come to school tomorrow! Today, it will be the last day to see her. She is going to stay in New Zealand about six months. I can’t imagine what it is like to be separated because we were so close friends from High School days. When I went to and came back from America, she gave me scrapbooks that she made them for me, and they made me so happy. She is like my mother. She always cares for me. Anyway, I don’t want her to goooooo!!!!!! (130 words)

Go to DOWNTOWN in KUMAMOTO

I like to go to downtown because many exciting things are there. When I have time, I always go there even if I didn’t have any things to buy. When I don’t have money, I always go window shopping, and many cute stuff make me want to buy them.
Today, I’m going to go to downtown to eat out with my friend. I usually don’t eat out so often, but sometimes I feel I want to eat really yummy foods. I haven’t decided what to eat, yet, but I’m so looking forward it. I always go to downtown by my bicycle, but I don’t think I’m doing it today because it’s freezing out there! The T.V. said that it is going to be cold again this weekend. I hate cold weather!
Tomorrow I have a test, so I will be home soon, and I will be studying so hard.
I have one more thing to do. It is making a scrapbook! My best friend from High School is going to go to New Zealand to study abroad in end of this month. Then I’m making a scrapbook for her, so I got a lot of her pictures. I will miss her a lot. I hope that she really enjoys there and comes back to Japan soon. However it will be nice experience for her, and I am excited to hear her stories there. (233 words)

Some Interesting Things

I got a book from one of my friend, and the book was about Buddha. It was interesting to read, but some parts of them were difficult to understand. I always read the book before sleeping in my bed, but I always fell asleep soon. These days, I’m so sleepy. I bit I can sleep about two days if I have no school. I sleep too much!
I have read the bible, and it was some times difficult, too. However learning about Christian was very interesting to me. I used to think people go to heaven if they did good thing, and people who had done very bad thing go to hell, but my Christian friend told me that she doesn’t think so because everyone has done some bad thing. It can be small thing or really bad thing, and nobody can judge it. I really agreed with her.
　Today I watched “Hamlet” and “Macbeth”. They are Shake Spear’s works. I watch them to write papers for one of my class. I still need to watch “Twelfth Night”. They are kind of difficult to watch because they speak old English.　However it is good to know about Shake Spear’s works. (200 words)
